Use GOShvite to create genuine personal celebration invitations.

Do not use it to deceive, harass, spam, or harm anyone.

Do not collect guest data for purposes unrelated to your event.

Do not attempt to misuse, probe, or exploit the platform.

GOShvite is designed for personal celebration invitations. You may use it to:

• Create and publish invitations for weddings, engagements, anniversaries, birthdays, baby showers, and similar private celebrations
• Collect RSVPs, meal preferences, and guest details for your event
• Share event information such as venue, date, time, dress code, and travel details
• Upload photos and personal media related to your event
• Link to gift registries, hotel booking pages, maps, or other event-related resources
• Share your invitation link with family, friends, and guests

You may not create, upload, or publish content on GOShvite that:

Is Illegal or Harmful

• Violates any applicable law or regulation in India or the user's jurisdiction
• Promotes, facilitates, or glorifies illegal activity
• Contains threats, incitement to violence, or content that endangers any person
• Exploits, harms, or targets minors in any way

Is Deceptive or Misleading

• Impersonates any real person, organisation, or brand
• Creates a fake event or invitation to deceive guests into providing personal information
• Uses GOShvite to conduct phishing, fraud, or social engineering attacks
• Misrepresents the nature, date, or location of an event to mislead guests

Is Offensive or Abusive

• Contains hate speech, discrimination, or content targeting individuals based on religion, caste, gender, ethnicity, disability, or sexual orientation
• Harasses, bullies, or intimidates any guest or individual
• Contains sexually explicit or obscene material

Infringes on Third-Party Rights

• Uploads photos, music, or content you do not own or have permission to use
• Infringes any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property right
• Reproduces or mirrors another person's GOShvite invitation without permission

Is Commercial or Spam

• Uses GOShvite to run a commercial business, advertise products, or promote services unrelated to a personal event
• Creates bulk or mass invitations for unrelated commercial campaigns
• Uses RSVP forms to harvest guest data for marketing lists, spam, or third-party commercial use

You may not attempt to misuse, probe, or exploit GOShvite in any way, including:

• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any account, system, or data on the platform
• Using automated bots, scrapers, or scripts to access or interact with the platform without our written permission
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or attempting to extract source code or templates from the platform
• Introducing malware, viruses, or harmful code into the platform or any invitation page
• Deliberately overloading or disrupting the platform through denial-of-service attacks or similar methods
• Attempting to bypass payment, access controls, or any other platform restrictions
• Reselling, sublicensing, or offering GOShvite's features as part of your own product or service

When you collect RSVPs or any personal information from your guests through GOShvite, you are responsible for that data. You agree to:

• Collect only the information genuinely needed for your event
• Use guest data solely for purposes directly related to your event — not for marketing, resale, or any unrelated purpose
• Not share guest data with third parties without their knowledge or consent
• Handle guest data in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and any other applicable laws

GOShvite stores and displays RSVP data on your behalf. We are not responsible for how you use that data outside of our platform.

Your published invitation is accessible to anyone with the link. You are responsible for:

• Sharing your invitation link only with intended guests
• Any content that guests encounter when they visit your invitation page
• Any third-party links you add to your invitation (venue maps, registries, social media) — we are not responsible for those destinations

If we become aware of content or activity that violates this policy, we may take any of the following actions depending on the severity:

• Send you a warning and ask you to fix the issue
• Remove or unpublish the specific invitation page
• Suspend your account temporarily while we investigate
• Permanently terminate your account
• Report the activity to law enforcement where required by law

Where the violation is fixable, we will always tell you what the issue is and give you a reasonable opportunity to correct it before taking further action. Serious violations — fraud, impersonation, exploitation of minors, or platform attacks — may result in immediate termination without prior notice.

Account termination due to a policy violation does not entitle you to a refund of any payments made. See our Refund & Cancellation Policy for details.

If you come across a GOShvite invitation page that you believe violates this policy — for example, a fake event, impersonation, or offensive content — please report it to us at hello@goshco.in with the subject line “Report a Violation”. Include the invitation URL and a brief description of the concern.

We take all reports seriously and will investigate promptly.
